WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Most orders are processed within 2-4 working days of ordering. An email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address once the order has been dispatched. Orders are sent from our nearest warehouse based on your location.

MY ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN OR DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
We're sorry this happened! Please take photos of the damaged item and send them to help@bellumin.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Once received, our team will take care of it. Please note, we are not responsible for packaging damage as this is under the courier's care.
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS. WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
When you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses we operate. Don’t worry if you receive one item before the others—they will all arrive!
I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THIS?
We always try our best to accommodate cancellations, but if your order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. If you'd like to change the style, size, or shipping address, please contact us ASAP at help@bellumin.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try our best to make the changes. If it’s already on its way, you can return the item once received.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR RETURN?
