What I notice about this product in comparison to Lancome skin care products I have used consistently for the past 2 decades. After the 3rd use I can notice the change. The best way to use this, lather and put on your skin, face, neck, hands, ect... let it stay on for 2-5 minutes than gently remove with water leaving a light residue of the product on the skin. Now in my opinion this is the important part. With a light layer of the product left of the face, using your fingers rub up/down & circular motion on your skin like your rolling off dead skin.
